COURT JUDGES AND INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE COVERING UP EVIDENCE OF WITNESS SUICIDE, PERJURY, FRAUD, RACISM IN £55m INDEMNITY CLAIM AGAINST LAW FIRMS WIGGIN LLP AND FOX WILLIAMS

UK court Judges Deputy Master Linwood and Mr Justice Richard Smith have covered up evidence of witness suicide and perjury in court by issuing bogus court ruling in favour of insurance companies Aviva Insurance Limited, HDI Global Specialty SE, Sompo International in a £55 million indemnity claim against law firms Wiggin LLP and Fox Williams LLP.

Jock Millgårdh, co-founder of Swedish TV format developing company Friday TV, was advised by law firm Wiggin LLP and its partner and co-founder Caroline Kean to issue a false witness statement to the court to support a fraudulent strike application, and Millgårdh later committed suicide.

The two judges have also covered up evidence of perjury and fraud by Caroline Kean of law firm Wiggin LLP:
- Evidence of links to concealed contracts were discovered from Jock Millgårdh's company's server in 2011 ,
- There was no court proceedings in 2011.
- Caroline Kean and her law firm Wiggin LLP were first instructed in 2016, five years after the concealed contracts were already created in 2011,
- However Caroline Kean falsely stated to the court in her witness statement in 2023 that "no contracts did exist (for those were my instructions)".
- How could Caroline Kean have given instructions to Friday TV in 2011 not to create contracts with BUMP when she and her law firm Wiggin LLP were never involved with the case in 2011?

The two judges have also deliberately ignored and covered up
- evidence of a witness statement from a witness, Massimo Locci, who was present at the pitch-meeting BUMP held with Jock Millgårdh in Stockholm in 2005.
- evidence of NDA
- evidence of racism and discrimination.

Judges must not lie in court's judgement, must not abuse their position to cover up evidence of perjury and witness suicide to protect law firms and their insurance companies in an indemnity case. It is a serious breach. The JCIO (Judicial Conduct Investigations Office) has the responsibility to ensure that bias, corruption of judges, and judges' misconduct and abuse of the court process does not happen in the English justice system.

JOCK MILLGARDH'S PERJURY IN 2016, EVIDENCE PUT BEFORE DEPUTY MASTER LINWOOD

EMAIL EVIDENCE OF 5 SEPTEMBER 2011

JOCK MILLGARDH'S FALSE WITNESS STATEMENT OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2016

EVIDENCE OF CONCEALED CONTRACTS BETWEEN JOCK MILLGARDH'S COMPANY FRIDAY TV AND BUMP

Evidence of false statement and perjury by Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP was also put before deputy Master Linwood in Exhibit DB in connection with discovered evidence of concealed contracts / agreement files established between Wiggin's client Friday TV and BUMP. And also with regard to this evidence Deputy Master Linwood falsely stated at Paragraph 85 of his court's decision of 23 February 2024 that no evidence of Caroline Kean's perjury was put before him:

CAROLINE KEAN'S PERJURY AND FALSE WITNESS STATEMENT IN 2023

  • The concealed contracts between FRIDAY TV and BUMP were created since 2011
  • There was no court proceedings in 2011 and Caroline Kean and law firm Wiggin LLP were not at all instructed in 2011.
  • However Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP categorically denied that contracts were ever created and she stated on page 11 of her witness statement of 30 November 2023 which she submitted to the court in support of Wiggin’s insurers' strike out application: “No contract did exist, (for those were my instructions)”.
  • Caroline Kean knew her statement “for those were my instructions” was FALSE and was PERJURY because she was fully aware prior to making her statement that her law firm Wiggin LLP was not at all instructed in the case in 2011 when those contracts were created between “Friday TV” and “BUMP”, and she does confirm this herself on page 5 paragraph 18 of her witness statement: “Wiggin was first instructed in connection with the proceedings in 2016”. Thus she knew the concealed contracts were created five years before she and her law firm Wiggin LLP were ever retained and instructed to act for Jock Millgardh's company Friday TV.

Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP and Swedish lawyer Lena Frånstedt Lofalk of law firm Nord Och Co, now called Kanter Advokatbyrå, advised Jock Millgårdh to issue a false witness statement to the court to support fraudulent strike applications, despite the fact that they knew Jock Millgårdh sold a stolen intellectual property to NBCUniversal. Jock Millgårdh died by suicide in early January 2019. His reputation and his career were put in jeopardy after his perjury in Swedish and English courts.
