Perjury is a serious criminal offence in the English legal system. The crucial role of a judge is to ensure the integrity of the legal process when there is clear evidence of perjury in a witness's written statement.
Potential Actions of a Judge in the presence of clear evidence of perjury is to carefully examine the evidence to confirm the perjury. This may involve comparing the written statement to other evidence.
Potential Consequences: When a witness provides a false statement to the court the witness may be held in contempt of court, and it can lead to fines or even imprisonment.
The judge may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities for criminal prosecution.
Throughout the process the judge must ensure that the Appellant's right to a fair trial is protected.

London court Judges Deputy Master Linwood and Mr Justice Richard Smith have covered up evidence of witness suicide and perjury in court by issuing bogus court ruling in favour of insurance companies Aviva Insurance Limited, HDI Global Specialty SE, Sompo International in a £55 million indemnity claim against law firms Wiggin LLP and Fox Williams LLP.

Jock Millgårdh, co-founder of Swedish TV format development company Friday TV, was advised by law firm Wiggin LLP and its partner and co-founder Caroline Kean to issue a false witness statement to the court to support a fraudulent strike application Wiggin LLP filed in London court in 2016. Millgårdh later committed suicide.

The two judges and insurance companies' Counsels have now covered up evidence of Millgårdh's perjury and suicide and fraud by Wiggin LLP's Caroline Kean, in the case BUMP v Wiggin LLP and Fox Williams LLP:
- In 2011 BUMP discovered evidence of links to concealed contracts from a server used by Jock Millgårdh and his company, contracts between Millgårdh's company FRIDAY TV and BUMP
- There was no court proceedings between BUMP and FRIDAY TV in 2011.
- Caroline Kean and her law firm Wiggin LLP were first instructed in 2016, five years after the concealed contracts were already created in 2011,
- However Caroline Kean falsely stated to the court in her witness statement in 2023 that "no contracts did exist (for those were my instructions)".
- How could Caroline Kean have given instructions to Friday TV in 2011 not to create contracts with BUMP when she and her law firm Wiggin LLP were never involved with the case in 2011 but were first instructed five years after in 2016?

The two judges, Deputy Master Linwood and Justice Smith, and insurance companies' Counsels, have also deliberately ignored and covered up
- evidence of a written witness statement by BUMP's witness, Massimo Locci, who was present at the pitch-meeting BUMP held with FRIDAY TV and Jock Millgårdh in Stockholm in 2005, including
- evidence of NDA with regard to BUMP's format "Minute Winner - You got one minute to win it" BUMP pitched to Jock Millgårdh at the Stockholm meeting, and
- evidence of racism and discrimination, which shows that Jock Millgårdh and FRIDAY TV paid royalties to a Swedish choir leader, "Caroline af Ugglas", on the basis of Choir leader's oral idea of the choir competition show "Clash of the choirs", and there was no dispute whatsoever between FRIDAY TV and the Swedish choir leader, although copyright does not subsist in an oral idea. However FRIDAY TV's lawyers at Wiggin LLP concealed the contracts Jock Millgårdh and Friday TV's legal counsel created with BUMP and they used copyright as false pretext to defraud BUMP and its Black founder of millions in royalties, and court judges Deputy Master Linwood and Justice Richard Smith sided with Wiggin LLP and ignored all BUMP's compelling evidence.

Judges must not lie in court's judgement, must not abuse their position to cover up evidence of perjury and witness suicide to protect law firms and their insurance companies in an indemnity case. It is a serious breach. The JCIO (Judicial Conduct Investigations Office) has the responsibility to ensure that bias, corruption of judges, and judges' misconduct and abuse of court process does not occur in the English judicial system.

JOCK MILLGARDH'S PERJURY IN 2016, EVIDENCE PUT BEFORE DEPUTY MASTER LINWOOD

EMAIL EVIDENCE OF 5 SEPTEMBER 2011

JOCK MILLGARDH'S FALSE WITNESS STATEMENT OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2016

EVIDENCE OF CONCEALED CONTRACTS BETWEEN JOCK MILLGARDH'S COMPANY FRIDAY TV AND BUMP

Evidence of false statement and perjury by Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP was also put before deputy Master Linwood in Exhibit DB in connection with discovered evidence of concealed contracts / agreement files established between Wiggin's client Friday TV and BUMP. And also with regard to this evidence Deputy Master Linwood falsely stated at Paragraph 85 of his court's decision of 23 February 2024 that no evidence of Caroline Kean's perjury was put before him:

CAROLINE KEAN'S PERJURY AND FALSE WITNESS STATEMENT IN 2023

  • The concealed contracts between FRIDAY TV and BUMP were created since 2011
  • There was no court proceedings in 2011 and Caroline Kean and law firm Wiggin LLP were not at all instructed in 2011.
  • However Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP categorically denied that contracts were ever created and she stated on page 11 of her witness statement of 30 November 2023 which she submitted to the court in support of Wiggin’s insurers' strike out application: “No contract did exist, (for those were my instructions)”.
  • Caroline Kean knew her statement “for those were my instructions” was FALSE and was PERJURY because she was fully aware prior to making her statement that her law firm Wiggin LLP was not at all instructed in the case in 2011 when those contracts were created between “Friday TV” and “BUMP”, and she does confirm this herself on page 5 paragraph 18 of her witness statement: “Wiggin was first instructed in connection with the proceedings in 2016”. Thus she knew the concealed contracts were created five years before she and her law firm Wiggin LLP were ever retained and instructed to act for Jock Millgardh's company Friday TV.

WITNESS PERJURY AND SUICIDE

Caroline Kean of Wiggin LLP and Swedish lawyer Lena Frånstedt Lofalk of law firm Nord Och Co, now called Kanter Advokatbyrå, advised Jock Millgårdh to issue a false witness statement to the court to support fraudulent strike applications, despite the fact that they knew Jock Millgårdh sold a stolen intellectual property to NBCUniversal. Jock Millgårdh died by suicide in early January 2019. His reputation and his career were put in jeopardy after his perjury in Swedish and English courts.
